Bhavisha Buddhadeo,A Gurgaon based social entrepreneur and a social activist is founder of Rootskills(enhancing all skills) & Rootsaps(Promotes green gifting), A selfless person by nature she is working tirelessly for the enviornment, Green energy, empowering women and educating underprivileged kids, as well as students from very reputed collages- with latest technologies like AR VR as well as in traditional way. Key projects involving Youth for the year 2019 -20 are~ waste Management business survey for MNCs, Say yes to papers no to single use plastic sponserd by private Ltd company(papers), cloth bags to beat Plastic pollution, art and cultural activities, white wash to 6 schools, Tree plantation as CSR created revenue for youth internship program.

Along with these she is a green partner with multiple technical and non technical firms to provide immense benefits to the society.

Mrs Bhavisha, encouraging all for planting utility trees for health(Nutrition), AAVLA, IMLEE, KARONDA, BANANA , MORINGA beside other mediational trees etc this is to improve O2 level, till the date more than 2.5 Lakhs saplings are planted and grown successfully under her leadership. She has initiated a concept called "Walk with Plants Walk with Life" for women empowerment and raising awareness about global warming-need of planting more and more trees, for water conservation .

She also promotes handloom products made by women to encourage women's to work.She engages children & women in her plantation activities and solar energy initiatives, educating them of the utmost need of conservation of nature.Over 3,00,000 students of various reputed pvt, public and government schools and colleages have been educated, including Pathways World School, American Embassy School ( Delhi), Shri Ram, Blue Bells Public School, KIIT World School, Amity International/Global, Scottish High, shalom international, Heritage, etc in various states of India.

She is currently the chairperson for 'Environment-water conservation and Say no to plastic' commitee of Shree Delhi Gujarati Samaj. Reputed institutes like IIT invites her as a guest speaker at their events such as 'Walk for Khadi' for rural development and takes her views seriously to act upon the situation.

She is an expert in Organic Farming and Kitchen Gardening, in addition to Indian Classical Music (Instrumental), Kathak & Vocal.

A proud mother of two national awardee sons, her endeavor is to support and empower women and young farmers through environmental programs, to strengthen agri business for Sustainable development.

She has done extensive work for ministries and government departments and was felicitated by Honourable Cabinet Minister Shri Ram Bilas Sharma (Education and Tourism) at Tau Devilal Stadium for promoting Indian cultural heritage Yoga, Music, Dance and inspiring youth to use their talent for the welfare of community. She has been supporting series of youth programs and projects under the banner 3R "Say no to Single Use Plastic Cutleris to conserve water and live healthy. She has partnered with Sanskruti Centre for Cultural Excellence in the U.K. and has been working actively as India counterpart leading initiatives Skills Development workshops for children and women and creating women friendly environment. She also received appreciation from cabinet minister Shri Parshottam Rupala (Agriculture and Panchayat Raj) for her extensive work for the farmers welfare by spreading awareness on using Sprinklers, and how to keep SURFACE Water/Nehar of rivers clean so actually organic farming possible. Haryana State cabinet minister Rao Narbir Singh (Forests and PWD) appreciated her Tree plantation and other initiativesdue to success ratio. Recently She is Honoured with very prestigious "Green India Award" at World Environment Expo 2019~International Exhibition, conference and Awards ~ event was supported by Ministry of Environment, forest and Climate Change, Ministery of Science and United Nations Environment program for her tremendous work for environmental awareness and Tree plantation. She was honoured with 'Naari Chetna Sanmaan' from Union Minister of State Ms Krishna Raj (Agriculture) event was organised by Minisrery of Micro, Small and Mediam Enterprises (MSME), #NRDC #NSIC and WEA India in 2018. Awarded from education minister and Municipal corporation Gurugram for her contribution towards education for less privileged kids, recently on 15th August felicitated by Cabinet Minister- Captain Abhimanyu( Finance, Excuse and Taxation, Revenue and Law) for youth empowerment. She is a regular orator on AIR FM_All India Radio for her talk shows(Expert) on 'How to enhance skills of young minds" and "How to conserve mother Earth's resources for better tomorrow". On n off invited As guest Speaker by reputed institute such as IIT Delhi, Amity Global, World Environment Expo, Ecothon conference, verious collages, on AIR Rajdhani during Solar alliance and in many live TV News programmes such. She is also invited as judge for multi linguistic talent shows in schools and on panel discussions on talent enhancement in youth and women, environment awareness & solar energy activities.
